What to include in your message

• The part number or OE number from your existing unit, if you have it
• Vehicle or machine make, model, engine size and year
• Voltage and amperage if you know them
• Your order number, if you are asking about an existing order

Repairs and reconditioning

We also strip, test and rebuild existing units with OEM parts, which is often the best route on older or hard to source applications. Email us with the details of your unit and we will let you know whether it is worth saving and what it will cost.

Returns and warranty

Every unit carries a 12 month warranty. If something is not right, email us before sending anything back and we will confirm the return address and sort it out.
